Yeah ME!!!

Last night at the scrapbooking night that I went to - for a great cause - I won a T-shirt, a hat, a paper pack, a gorgeous outdoor lantern and the best thing of all - a free photoshoot!!! Yeah me!!!

Originally this was a photo that my mom had in a frame for the last 30+ years. I have tried to fix it the best I can. It still looks bad. At least you can tell there are people in the picture. One really cute baby too. (that would be me)

Taylor's Panda Hat - on Logan

This is a cute hat that Grama Linda made for Taylor. Logan loves to piss her off and touch her stuff. Unfortunately he also loves to have his photo taken so there is always proof of his bad behavior.

At Logan's bball tourney in Regina I took 783 photos. Many didn't turn out because I didn't know how to use the camera. I am slowly getting the hang of it.

New camera - I am moving up in the world

Last weekend Logan had a basketball tourney in Regina. I really wanted to have a better camera to take some photos with. My Pentax is good (actually better than good) but is too slow to catch all the action.

I had been searching for a D-SLR camera for a while. I really wanted a Rebel Xsi but can't justify spending over $1100 for a camera just for fun. However, Future Shop had the Sony Alpha 200 kit's on for 1/2 price. That I could justify. It came with the camera body, a 55 - 200 mm lens and an 18 - 70 mm lens too.
